Adaptive’s team of full-time nurses are highly trained in a diverse array of acute care. All of Adaptive’s nurses have a minimum of 5 years clinical experience in a hospital, LTAC, clinical research center, wound care center, or specialty pharmacy. Our Clinical Leadership Team has a combined 125 years of nursing experience, and tightly manages our field team to ensure Adaptive delivers on-time, consistent, and clinically excellent care to our partners and patients.

Full-time and clinically proficient home health aide (HHA) services, specialized to compliment a high-acuity care regimen.
Unique and core to our model, Adaptive employs an experienced, full-time home health aide (HHA) team. The HHA team specializes in hard-to-staff cases where there are high levels of associated acuity. Our HHA team is led by our Clinical Leadership Team, which directly oversees all care administration.
