Who we are

We are led by nurses, therapists, and military veterans. Adaptive Home Health is employee-owned and veteran-owned.

What we do

We give home health care. Your doctor orders it, and we bring it to your home:

We do not give hospice care or private-duty home care. Learn the difference in home health vs. home care and home health vs. hospice.

Where we provide care

Our home health agencies are certified by Medicare. Medicare gives each certified agency a CMS Certification Number (CCN).
